“The manifest universe is the body of God”
Our teaching is the Science of Mind®, which Centers for Spiritual Living describes as “a New Thought philosophy that brings religion and science together”.
Its founder, Ernest Holmes, foresaw the day when “science and religion shall walk hand in hand through the visible to the invisible.”
Spiritual Mind Treatment is how we pray: not asking or pleading, but saying what is true of God and our lives, giving thanks, and letting it go. Our practitioners, licensed by Centers for Spiritual Living, will pray this way with you.
This is the sky above Ascutney on an October night, looking north. The North Star, Polaris, sits in the middle and barely moves.
Choose an hour and watch the Big Dipper circle around it. The two stars at the end of its bowl, Dubhe and Merak, always point back to the North Star; the gold dotted arc shows how far the Dipper travels between 7 PM and 4 AM.

Two ways to ask: meet with one of our practitioners, or send a request to the World Ministry of Prayer.
Our practitioners are members here, licensed by Centers for Spiritual Living to pray with people. Meet by appointment, in person or by phone. Fees vary; please ask.
Prayer is a practice, not a promise of a result. As Centers for Spiritual Living puts it, “we believe in both prayer and modern medicine.”
